Ayudhya Real Estate offers peace of mind with site maintenance of your apartment together with a professional maid service to attend your needs. A rental management fee charge of 3,500 baht per month will be levied from the date of the completion which will cover your apartment maintenance and resort services to be offered to your guests (check in-out, regular cleaning, laundry service, etc.).
