Santosa Wellness Center aims to be the principle location for health, wellbeing and energy in Phuket. In addition to the various fasting and detox programs, we open our doors to outside guests who would like to experience the center’s fitness and wellness facilities, and may be visiting or living in Phuket. Santosa’s aim is to build a wellness community, and our state of the art facilities provide the perfect hub to do just that.
We welcome guests to our pavilion to start the day in the best possible way. Clear your mind and work on your flexibility in our morning yoga class. Then, before lunch, work up an appetite, increase your heartrate, tone up and burn some fat with some of the best trainers of the island, in our strength and conditioning or cardio classes.
After lunch the floor opens to a wide variety of exciting programs such as TRX, aerial yoga and Zumba, to name but a few. We also have an educational program where you can learn how to cook raw, vegan and vegetarian food or participate in the meditative Eastern practices of chi gung, tai chi or meditation.
For those wanting to explore, take a walk to the Big Buddha or go on a sun set boat cruise off Kata’s west coast.
Every evening Santosa will present a program of live guest speakers and wellness experts. Evening documentaries will be shown at the Santosa theatre, and if you want to try something different – join our Salsa dancing class!
